 BAUSS Manufacturing Inc. was founded in 2016 by Marine Corps Veteran, motorcycle racer, and serial entrepreneur, Austin Harness. With a natural talent for design and fabrication, Austin began designing and building custom trailers from his home garage. After moving into a commercial building, the company had the opportunity to design and build trailers for government agencies such as Cal Trans, CA Department of Fish and Wildlife, and other surrounding counties. The company has since expanded to include the designing and building of custom campervans and toy haulers. In 2019, BAUSS Manufacturing built over 100 campervans that are now on the road all over the country.  

 BAUSS Manufacturing is not your typical RV/trailer manufacturer that is driven by profits and high volume production. Innovation, creativity, and quality are the fundamental elements that drive and measure the company's success. We are always trying to find new ways to improve on existing processes and products. Each week is a challenge to be better than the week before. We back up our work and always strive to make sure customers are taken care of before, during, and after the sale is complete.   

 If you walk into our building you will not find an ordinary RV manufacturing company. You will find the "Fantasy Factory" of RV manufacturing with employees dancing, laughing, or skateboarding by. Music is always blasting and having fun is always encouraged. Mandatory basketball games is one of the ways we break apart from the daily routine to have a little fun. A fun, stress-free work environment has translated into happier employees that produce a better product.
